At Monologue, we want your home to feel just right. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
